This service allows you to receive a wide range of assistance with your website by your trusted SiteGround experts at the fraction of the cost of hiring external developers or agencies. How to subscribe for Expert Care?

Expert Care service is provided as a monthly subscription allowing users to request advanced website maintenance tasks using Expert Care credits. You can order any of our three Expert Care subscription plans through your Client Area.

Credits included in your plan

Every Expert Care plan includes a specific amount of credits that can be used each month to request website maintenance services. The higher plan you choose, the more credits are included and the lower the credit price becomes. Each credit covers up to 30 minutes of professional work on a single task.

Site Audits included in your plan

On top of the Expert Care credits our Expert Care Plus or Pro plans include complimentary monthly site audits. These audits cover a free Site Performance or Site Security review each month for one website of your choosing.

IMPORTANT! Please note that both credits and site audits reset monthly, and any unused credits or site audits cannot be carried forward to the following month.

To request assistance with a website task that is part of our Expert Care Service, navigate to your Client Area > Help Desk Center > Contact us page, and choose the Expert Care Services category.

What to do if you are running low on credits?

If you find that you need more Expert Care assistance than what is covered by your subscription plan, we got you covered! You have a couple of options to acquire the needed additional credits.

1.Upgrade of Expert Care subscription plan

You can easily upgrade your Expert Care subscription plan from your Client Area > Services > Expert Care by pressing the Upgrade button under the chosen Expert Care plan. This will result in a lower price per credit for you. The additional credits and site audits from the new plan will be available for use immediately in the current month and you will have a higher quota each of the following months while your subscription is active.

2.One-time purchase of additional credits

As an alternative to plan upgrade you may also order the needed credits one-time while posting your request. If you choose this approach your current plan credit price will be applied for the additional credits needed.

Expert Care plan renewal

By default, the Expert Care plans are set to automatically renew every month, so you don’t have to worry about service suspension due to missed renewal payments. You can manage your auto renewal or make a manual renewal monthly payment from Client Area > Services > Expert Care > kebab menu.

How to cancel an Expert Care plan?

To cancel your Expert Care plan, go to your Client Area > Services > Expert Care, click on the kebab menu on the right and select Cancel. If you have a subscription payment made in the last 30 days and no credits provided as part of this credit were used, you are eligible for a refund of this payment.
