Do Unused SiteGround AI Studio Tokens Carry Over to the Next Monthly Period?
No — unused tokens don’t carry over. Your token balance resets automatically every month:
- For Essential plan users, the reset occurs on your client joint date (the date of your first order with SiteGround), since you get AI Studio activated on the date you become a customer of SiteGround.
- For Plus plan users, the reset happens on your plan’s expiration date, which defines your monthly billing cycle.
If you’ve added extra tokens to your Plus plan, note that these also expire together with the tokens initially activated on your Plus plan and cannot be carried over to the next monthly period.
