How to share a page on social media

To ensure a page looks appealing and informative when shared on social media, you can add specific data such as an image, page title, and description. These elements help social media platforms generate attractive previews.

To change the social share settings of a page:

  1. Click Edit Website in Site Admin > Website Builder.

  2. Open the Pages tab and hover over the chosen page.
  3. Click its Settings (kebab) menu, then select Social.

  4. In the following social share settings window, add an image, title, and description that will appear on social media when the page is shared.

NOTE! For optimal results, it’s recommended that the title is between 40 and 60 characters, and the description is between 120 and 200 characters.

How to share a page on social media (Classic builder)

To add these elements, navigate to the Pages tab, hover over the page you wish to edit, and click the Settings (gear) icon to open its settings.

Next, click on the Social section to access the social sharing settings.

Here, you can select an image that will appear when the page is shared on social media, along with a title and description.

NOTE! For optimal results, it’s recommended that the title is between 40 and 60 characters, and the description is between 120 and 200 characters.
