How can I reduce my email marketing contacts?
Your Email Marketing plan contacts can be reduced, but the change will apply to the next billing period.
To reduce the Contacts of your Email Marketing plan, go to Services > Email Marketing > Settings.
Click the three-dot kebab menu > Renewal Settings.
Open the Contacts menu, select the desired number of contacts and click Confirm.
Another way to change the contacts limit is manually renewing the Email Marketing service from your Billing -> Renewals page.
