Does SiteGround Offer Phone Support?

SiteGround offers phone support to its clients for Sales, Billing and Technical inquiries. You can reach our phone representatives by logging into your Client Area and clicking on the question mark icon, located at the top right of each page, then click on the View Help Center button and finally click Contact Us. Choose the category that best fits your specific issue and follow the flow. You will be provided with a phone number and a 8-digit temporary access code, which you need to dial after connecting to our Phone Central.

Note that phone support is provided only in English. You can get support in other languages on our other Support channels – chat and ticket.

Our AI system reviews and automatically directs you to the most efficient support channel, given the nature of your inquiry, the level of expertise of our experts on each channel, and their actual load. That might mean that on some occasions, the phone support may not be available if the type of the issue requires heavy troubleshooting and advanced expertise, or if the phone channel is heavily overloaded with calls.
