How to export your contact list from SiteGround Email Marketing service
SiteGround’s Email Marketing service allows you to export your contact list. Exporting your contacts as a CSV file offers flexibility, security, and the ability to leverage your contact data more effectively for various purposes.
Whether it’s for backup, migration, analysis, or integration, having your contacts in a portable format like CSV empowers you to make the most of your email marketing efforts.
How can I export my contact list from the Email Marketing service?
To export your contact list, navigate to your Client Area > Services > Email Marketing > Contacts > Contact list.
The contacts are filtered by status:
- Subscribed
- Unsubscribed
- Unconfirmed
- Suppressed
Choose the respective state for contacts you wish to export. Then you can:
- Select specific emails;
- Click the checkbox at the top of the list to select the whole page;
- Click on Select All to export the entire contact list with that respective status.
Click on the Bulk Actions button > Export
On the following pop-up, click Export again. The system will take a few moments to generate a CSV file and download it on your device.
How to export contacts filtered by Group
You can also filter the contact list by Groups. To do that, click the Groups dropdown menu. Then select the specific group you wish to export, and follow the same steps.
