How to Customize Product's Social Sharing Settings

Promoting your products through social media is essential for increasing engagement and sales.

This guide will walk you through the steps to customize your products so they are presented exactly how you want them on social media.

To customize your Product’s Social Sharing settings:

  1. Go to Store Manager > Products.
  2. Click on a product to edit it.

  1. Go to the Social tab.

  1. Choose a Social Share Image.A preview will appear on the right, allowing you to see how it will look when shared.
  1. Edit the Social Share Title.

  1. Add a Social Share Description.

NOTE: There are built-in checkers for the length of the title and the description. Make sure to stay within the recommended ranges so your products are fully visible, engaging, and effective across all platforms and devices.

  1. Click Save in the upper right corner
