How can I cancel a collaboration invitation?
If you have invited a collaborator and the invitation has not been accepted yet, you can cancel it from your Client Area following these steps.
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Manage Users.
- Click on the Collaborators tab, where you will see a list of all collaborators.
- Click the Actions menu next to the collaborator whose invitation you want to cancel, and select Manage Collaboration.

- In the pop-up window, click on the Actions menu for the pending collaboration you want to cancel and select Cancel Invite.

How can I resend a collaboration invitation?
If a collaborator has not accepted their invitation within 48 hours, you can resend it from your Client Area.
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Click your profile icon, and select Manage Users.
- On the Collaborators tab under Manage Collaborators, you will see a list of all collaborators you have invited to access your websites/services. Locate the collaborator you want to resend the invitation to, click the Actions menu, and select Manage Collaboration.
- In the pop-up window, click the Actions menu next to the inactive collaboration and select Resend Invite.

How do I know my collaboration invitation was accepted?
After the collaborator accepts the invitation, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also see a notification on your Client Area dashboard confirming that the invitation has been accepted.
