You can use this information to improve your future campaigns and ensure their success.

How to View the Analytics in SiteGround Email Marketing

SiteGround Email Marketing has a dedicated Analytics section where you can monitor various metrics for your campaigns’ performance. To open the tool, go to Email Marketing > Analytics. The Analytics page lists all sent campaigns with a brief summary of the main performance metrics. From the summary table, you can compare the main metrics of your campaigns over time.

A Recipient Groups filter is also available. When you select one of your existing groups, you will only view results for campaigns sent to users with that particular group. This is useful for comparing the performance of a specific segment.

The campaign performance statistics are divided into two primary tabs.

Email Metrics

This section displays the statistics measured from the activity of the email campaigns sent to subscribers. To learn more about each metric, read this guide about the different metrics on the Analytics page and what they mean.

Below the main email metrics is the Interactions section. Here, you can see metrics about interactive elements on the campaign page (e.g., buttons, logos, links) and detailed information about subscribers’ activity. These statistics are separated into two tabs:

  • Click Performance – lists all links on the campaign page. For each link, you can see its URL, what type of email element it is, its text, and the number of clicks.
  • Recipient Activity – in this section, you can filter the subscribers based on their actions. The options are: Emails delivered, Emails opened, Recipients clicked, Emails bounced, Reported as spam, and Unsubscribed.
