How to Add and Set up a Contact Form

To add a contact form to your site, navigate to the Site Builder and click Customize

Then, choose the page where you want to place your contact form.

After selecting the appropriate page, determine the specific area where you’d like to add the contact form and click Add Section.

Select Contact from the section categories and choose the contact form layout which best suits your needs.

Once the contact form is added, the settings will appear on the left side of the screen. Here, you can customize general settings such as the background color of the entire section and the form itself, as well as adjust the layout and padding.

Within the Title and Form settings, begin by entering the email address where form submissions should be sent, and modify the email subject line for easy recognition. Create a thank-you message that will be displayed to users after they submit the form. Additionally, you have the option to hide the contact form title if desired.
