How to Add Custom Fields to a WordPress Form
Once you’ve created a custom field, you’ll have the option to add it to your WordPress site via the SiteGround Lead Generation plugin.
- The first thing is to make sure you have the plugin installed and connected to your Email Marketing service.
- Then, from the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Email Marketing > Forms.
- Press the New Form button to create a new form, or edit an existing one by clicking on its name or its Actions menu > Edit.
- From the Form Fields section, press the Add Field button.
- Choose the custom field that you want to appear on your form from the dropdown menu under the Field column.
- Confirm the changes by pressing the Save button.
