How do I access the website I collaborate on?

Access to websites built with third-party applications or custom code

If you are collaborating on a website built with custom code or third-party applications, you have access to the website’s Site Tools control panel.

To log in to it:

  1. Go to Client Area > Websites > Collaborations.
  2. Locate the website you want to access.
  3. Click Site Tools.

Alternatively, you can log in directly to Site Tools at tools.siteground.com. Log in using your SiteGround Client Area username and password.

If you collaborate on multiple websites with Site Tools control panels, you can use the menu in the header to switch between them.

Access to websites built with SiteGround Website Builder or Ecommerce

If you are collaborating on a website built with SiteGround Website Builder or SiteGround Ecommerce, you have access to the website’s Site Admin control panel.

To log in to the Site Admin of a website you collaborate on:

  1. Go to Client Area > Websites > Collaborations.
  2. Find the website you want to access.
  3. Click Site Admin.
