That’s a great question, Neal! Currently, we don’t have publicly available documentation for the import-leads API utilized by our WordPress plugin. However, one approach you might explore is downloading the plugin and examining its code (including the possibility of copying relevant code for your forms) by inspecting its core files, particularly “Mailer_Api.php”. As our Email Marketing service is continuously evolving, it’s likely that the API may undergo changes. Nonetheless, we plan to create comprehensive public documentation in the future, allowing users to seamlessly create their integrations utilizing the API endpoints. I hope this helps!

Hello, Mars, thank you for commenting - that is a great question. Yes, you can set up an automated welcome email to be sent to new contacts after they are added to your list. This will help you better engage with your subscribers right from the start. To create an automated welcome email, you need to set up an autoresponder or a trigger within the Email Marketing service. Here's how you can set up a basic automation like a welcome email: 1. Log in to your Client Area. 2. Navigate to Services > Email Marketing. 3. Once in the Email Marketing dashboard, look for the Automations section. 4. Create a new automation and select the trigger that fits your needs, such as ""Subscriber joins a list."" 5. Set up the email content you wish to send as a welcome message. 6. Save and activate the automation. Once this is set up, new contacts added to your list will automatically receive the welcome email you've configured. We hope that we managed to address your inquiry. If not, feel free to reach out via the Help Center. Cheers!

Hey there, Julian. Unfortunately, it looks like I misled you in my previous comment, and I’d like to apologize for the mistake. You are indeed right; as of now, we do not have an Automation section available in the Email Marketing dashboard. Our team is actively working on implementing this feature, and you can expect it by the end of the year. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, I am sorry for the inconvenience and misinformation in my previous response. Please feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or if there is anything we can assist you with. We are always here to help.
